2.1 By clicking "Register", completing the registration form, or using any part of the 888sama Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and the 888sama Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 888sama Platform and close your account if one exists.
2.3 888sama reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
3.1 Age Restriction. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the 888sama Platform. 888sama strictly prohibits underage gambling. Providing false age information during registration constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
3.2 One Account Policy. Each individual, household address, IP address, device, and payment method may be associated with only one 888sama Account. Any Player found to operate multiple accounts will have all accounts suspended and all balances forfeited. 888sama employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate account activity.
3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. Your full legal name must match the identification documents you will be required to submit during KYC verification. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in suspension or termination.
3.4 Geographic Restrictions. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of the 888sama Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 888sama makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations. Access from restricted jurisdictions may result in account closure.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 888sama Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
4.2 888sama will never contact you to request your password. Any communication claiming to be from 888sama and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
4.3 You must notify 888sama immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
4.4 888sama accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 888sama currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank FPX, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank online transfer. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM 10. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of your 888sama Account.
5.3 Source of Funds. You confirm that all funds deposited into your 888sama Account are from legitimate sources and you are the authorised holder of the payment method used. 888sama reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits exceeding certain thresholds as required under its licence obligations.
5.4 Withdrawal Policy. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit unless that method cannot receive funds, in which case an alternative method may be approved by 888sama at its discretion. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
5.5 Processing Times. 888sama targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts. Actual processing times depend on the payment provider and may vary. 888sama accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
6.1 All bets placed on the 888sama Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sport. These rules are available within the game interface or sportsbook section and form part of these Terms.
6.2 888sama reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to technical error ("palpable error"). In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Player's Balance.
6.3 In the event of a dispute regarding a bet result, the records maintained by 888sama's system shall be the definitive reference. Players may raise disputes via the support channel within 30 days of the event in question.
6.4 Bets placed on events or games using funds obtained through exploitation of errors, bonuses, or promotions in a manner inconsistent with normal player behaviour may be voided at 888sama's discretion.
7.1 All bonus offers are subject to the specific wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps detailed in the promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer.
7.2 888sama reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or expire any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. The following practices constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds, associated winnings, and potentially the permanent closure of the Account: (a) claiming bonuses using multiple accounts; (b) placing bets that hedge or minimise risk contrary to bonus terms; (c) systematic exploitation of promotional offers; (d) any activity that 888sama, acting reasonably, identifies as inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
7.4 888sama Rewards loyalty points are governed by the Rewards programme terms published in the Rewards section of the Platform.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 888sama Platform:
8.2 888sama reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in Prohibited Conduct, and to withhold all balances pending investigation.
9.1 All content on the 888sama Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and interface design, is the property of 888sama or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from 888sama.
10.1 The 888sama Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 888sama makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888sama shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming winnings due to technical failure, network interruption, or force majeure events.
10.3 888sama's aggregate liability to any individual Player for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 888sama is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and cooling-off periods via the Account Settings section of their 888sama Account.
11.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the 888sama Platform may activate self-exclusion at any time from Account Settings or by contacting 888sama support. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. Players who self-exclude must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering new accounts.
11.3 Players exhibiting signs of problem gambling — including chasing losses, betting beyond their means, or gambling negatively affecting their personal or professional life — are strongly encouraged to seek professional support.
11.4 21+ Policy. Access to real-money gaming on 888sama is strictly limited to players aged 21 and above. This restriction is enforced at registration and KYC verification stages.
12.1 You may close your 888sama Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any real-money Balance (net of applicable bonus requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method subject to KYC completion.
12.2 888sama reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory obligation, or any other reason 888sama deems material. In the event of termination for cause, 888sama may withhold balances pending investigation.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 888sama's international gaming authority licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in the Player's home jurisdiction.
14.1 888sama reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, unless immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
